Shipping policy

 

Thank you for shopping at the Blue Angel Healing store. Our healing mats are built in house and we take great care to ensure that every mat meets our quality standards. 

The mats are on a first come-first serve. Whenever we run out, there will be a waiting period. Waiting times range between 2 weeks to 6 weeks. There will be a message on the Healing mat product page indicating the current wait.

As soon as mats become available, you will be emailed to notify you that your mat has been shipped. Feel free to contact us at any time to check on the status if you are unsure.

Shipping:

Items shipped within the US will be shipped by either UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). Currently, we offering FREE Shipping for customers within the US. Delivery times are between 5 to 8 days.

Rules and Exceptions

  • Our flat rate shipping costs are calculated based on pre-tax and post-discount merchandise totals.
  • Most packages will be shipped using USPS shipping service.
  • The delivery times for standard shipping are an approximation.
  • During severe weather conditions or other natural disasters, delivery times may be delayed.
  • Delivery dates apply to orders shipped out to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may take up to an additional 5 business days.


Orders are generally shipped on the same day or the following business day from the day the order is placed. Unless, there is a current waiting time for the Healing mat. You will be notified by email if the item is not available to ship within 2-3 business days.


Shipping outside of the US

The shipping rates to any place outside of the US will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times will also be calculated at checkout depending on the service that you select. We are offering delivery service through DHL, UPS and FedEx.
