Refund policy

 

Thank you for shopping at the Blue Angel Healing store.

At the Blue Angel Healing store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please refer to the “Return Instructions” below. Once a return is authorized and we have received the product, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you.

Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 30 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

Please include the receipt or proof of purchase in the returning package. If you do not have a copy of your receipt, please include one of the following in your package:

  • Order number
  • Your name, address and date the order was placed


Return Instructions
You can start the return process by submitting a message to us through our "Contact Form". The "Contact Form" can be accessed by either clicking on "Contact" from the Main menu or by clicking on "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page, under the “Customer Service” section.

When you submit your message to us, please include one the following:

  • Order number
  • Your name, address and date the order was placed

Once we receive the return request, we will evaluate the request and contact you with an update. We will send the update to the email provided.

As soon as the return request has been approved by our staff, we will ask that you mail back the item to:

We ask that you send the item back in the same packaging that it was received in.

Please include a copy of your sales receipt for faster service. When we receive the item, we will credit your account promptly and send you a copy of the refund invoice.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the amount that it took us to ship the item out to you.
